I have had the honor of assisting some really amazing artists on mural projects in the past few years.
The Elizabeth Peratrovich mural project was designed and organized by artist and entrepreneur Crystal Worl. Elizabeth Peratrovich was an Alaskan Native Civil Rights Activist and played a key role in the recognition of Alaska Native Peoples as US Citizens.

The mural project honoring the life and legacy of Anchorage's well known and loved public figure "John the Flower Guy" was organized and design by local artists Reed Leslie ( www.reedleslie.com ) and Garret Perkins. I knew this man personally and it was always pleasure seeing him around and wondering how he somehow teleported from bar to bar.
